Zeppelin Systems Connect makes it easy to plan and coordinate your entire service organization. The solution locates and identifies all machines and components automatically and independently of the manufacturer via Bluetooth, NFC or QR code.
The service technician connects directly to the machine via a smartphone or tablet and can quickly and easily access data and information, document work orders and create service reports.
Components and machines are optionally equipped with Bluetooth beacon, NFC chip or QR code.
For components that are difficult to access, the Bluetooth beacon has the advantage that data can be accessed from a long distance. The Bluetooth beacon is certified for use in hazardous areas according to ATEX.
No power connection nearby? No problem. The Bluetooth beacon can also be equipped with a battery pack.
The current technical data of the component are transferred to the mobile device via Bluetooth, NFC or QR code. Read-out information can be supplemented or commented on directly on site on the mobile end device.
The completed data is then sent back to the Zeppelin data center via the Internet and is available online and offline.
The management of individual component and machine data as well as tickets is done via the corresponding app on a mobile device on site or via the web application in the back office on the computer. All data on your components and machines at a glance.
